Integration of DDmail into Existing Applications (API)

Like Microsoft Windows, DDmail provides an Application Programme Interface (API). Although APIs are designed for developers, they are ultimately good for users since they guarantee that all programmes using a common API will have similar interfaces. This makes it easier for users to learn new programmes.

DDmail can therefore be integrated to any system. We use the Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) which creates a flexible platform for integration. Common applications include:

-Automatically updating DDmail contacts from external databases
-Displaying DDmail contacts and reports within an external application or website
-Combining DDmail with sales force automation and CRM applications
